1. Order Cancellation
- All orders placed with Skar Fashion Studio are considered final.
- Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or altered.
- Changes to product size, color, design, or customization details are not permitted after order placement.
2. Return & Exchange Policy
- We do not offer returns, exchanges, or replacements for products purchased through our website.
- As our products are handcrafted and made-to-order, all sales are final.

3. Delivery Locations
Domestic Shipping
Delivery within India is available only to locations serviced by our shipping and courier partners.
International Shipping
International shipping is available to countries covered by our courier partners. Additional international shipping charges will apply and must be paid before dispatch.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders will be dispatched only after full payment has been received.
- For international orders, dispatch will take place only after the applicable international courier charges have been paid.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for review, customers must provide:
- A clear, uninterrupted 360-degree unboxing video.
- The video must begin before the package is opened.
- The video must show the package seal, shipping label, and the complete opening process.
- The video must not contain any cuts, edits, pauses, or interruptions.
Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.
Upon verification, Skar Fashion Studio will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund at our sole discretion.
6. Tracking & Shipment Complaints
Any complaints related to shipment tracking, delivery status, or courier issues must be reported within 20 days from the date of dispatch.
Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.
7. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered in the following circumstances:
- The customer receives an incorrect product.
- The product arrives with a verified manufacturing defect.
- The product is significantly damaged during transit and supported by the required unboxing video evidence.
Refund requests are subject to inspection and approval by Skar Fashion Studio.
8. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- The refund will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.
- Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and banking institution.
- Shipping charges and handling fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise determined by Skar Fashion Studio.
